        Consultation & Walk-through

You might just need me to walk through your home for correct furniture and accessory placement and good color suggestions to make sure the potential buyer remembers your home at the end of the day.  This becomes very affordable when you take notes and you are doing the staging work yourself.  This consultation is about 45 min. - 1 1/2 hrs. depending on size of property.

        Home Staging:  Occupied Home

Having your occupied home staged involves an assessment visit where I take photos and offer a bid.  I do the staging work for you using your furnishings.  I also make suggestions and/or do the necessary shopping to add to what you already have.  This works for all budgets since I can do as little or as much as you want.  It is not necessary to stage the entire house but I always recommend the main living area, kitchen and master bed and bath.  This usually takes 2 days depending on the amount of work done.

        Home Staging:  Vacant Home

This service is a necessity!  Be sure and check out the vacant home before and after pictures.  I am always amazed at the transformation.  I bring in the correct furniture and accessories to show off your space.  I enjoy the designing process as I develop a plan to make a lasting impression.  Again, I can do as little or as much as you want but always recommend staging the main areas listed above.  There is an initial staging fee  and   monthly rental fee for furnishings. Vacant home staging usually takes 3 days.  

        Redesign

You might not be preparing a house to sell but its time for a new design plan for your home.  You just need someone to tell you what to do!   This can be a one time visit where I develop a design plan that includes detailed suggestions on existing furnishings or potential purchases or I do the redesign and/or shopping for you.  I am happy to work within all budgets and do as little or as much as you would like.

Although I specialize in vacant homes, my staging services include occupied homes as well. Kitchens, living areas, master bedrooms and baths are where you want to wow your buyers! My style appeals to the broadest audience possible. If your home is vacant I bring in my furnishings and accessories. I love to combine beautiful pieces, add a little bold color and stay with a simple, no clutter look. There is no charge for a bid. I like to view the property before I give a bid but I am happy to address questions and concerns over the phone and can give a rough estimate depending on square footage and number of rooms to be staged.  When I visit your property I will bring photos of homes I've staged that will set your mind at ease and immediately win you over! Staging works! If your property is occupied, there are two options. I can provide a consultation which is a detailed plan of what you need to do to prepare your house for the market. You do the staging work. I make recommendations and prioritize them. Or I can do the staging work myself by combining my inventory with your existing furnishings. I re-arrange, de-clutter and create!
